Hello and welcome to tonight's live blog from the Super Rugby showdown at Eden Park between the Blues and the Reds.
It's been another frustrating season for the Blues who sit bottom of the New Zealand conference and are in danger of missing the playoffs for a third straight season. But the good news is they're only six points behind the table-topping Hurricanes and tonight's match is very winnable.
The bumbling Reds are desperately searching to end a three-match losing streak and will be hoping for some Quade Cooper magic in his 100th match.
The Blues' cause isn't helped by losing centre Francis Saili to an ankle injury suffered at training on Wednesday. He is replaced by Jackson Willison.
Also missing is captain Luke Braid to a shoulder injury, leaving the second-choice Brendon O'Connor to combat Liam Gill, the classy Reds openside flanker who returns after five weeks battling a hamstring niggle.

I'm Steven Holloway and tonight I'm putting together a mega-blog with all your rugby and then rugby league needs covered. At the conclusion of this match I will switch to cover the Anzac test as the Kiwis take on the Kangaroos in Sydney.
But first, some code. So who is going to win tonight?
The TAB has the Blues as $1.37 favourites while the Reds are $2.90 outsiders. Remember to gamble responsibly.
It's a beautiful clear night in Auckland and should encourage some running rugby. But we always say that don't we? The Blues were impressive in their 21-13 win over the Waratahs at home last weekend and will be looking for more of the same tonight.
Kick off is just ten minutes away now. Join in the chat tonight by clicking 'comment' and sharing your views. Who will win? Where are you tuning in from? Are you having a good night? I want to hear it all.
Great to have you guys on board. We are very nearly ready to go. Players are making their final preparations, kick off coming soon.
No breeze tonight which will favour both goal kickers.
Quade Cooper now leads the Reds out for his 100th game. As expected his reception from the Auckland faithful isn't exactly welcoming.
Now Mealamu lead the Blues out. That's more like it, the crowd get out of their seats and make some noise. We're ready to go.
Simon Hickey kicks off for the Blues and Reds skipper James Horwill brings it down.
The Reds have good early possession as Cooper and then Genia attack the line.
Penalty Reds! An early penalty for a late tackle and Cooper kicks for touch.
Thanks Jak, great to have you on board. So far the boos have been rather muted, will keep you posted.
Reds win the lineout but then quickly turn it over. Hickey launches a counter attack down the right wing but they are stopped on halfway.
One of the Reds players was penalised for not rolling away. Hickey will kick for touch.
He stabs one out by the 22. Good attacking position here for the Blues.
Just when it looked like the Blues were positioned well for a decent assault on the line Kaino got pinged for joining the ruck incorrectly. Reds penalty and they clear down to halfway.
The players are making their way out onto the field now. Kiwis first and now the Aussies.
The scene is set, it's nearly haka time.
