Match stats at halftime:
Read leading the test with 8 tackles
Milner-Skudder most metres gained with 83, next best Ben Smith 47
The second half is underway and Dan Carter tries a short kick off, but it's a little too short. Wayne Barnes says 'nine and a half'.
We will restart with a Wallabies scrum.
Penalty! New Zealand are penalised for the front row collapsing.
But the Wallabies have lost the lineout for the third straight time.
Aaron Smith is in the bin. Yellow card.
Australia broke well down the right hand side and Aaron Smith pulled down Matt Giteau with a high, dangerous tackle. No complaints as he was sent to the bin.
Australia will also have a kickable penalty.
But they choose to kick for touch. Right into the corner. Can they win one now?
They win it and the Aussie drive is on.
They have the penalty advantage.
Perseverance has paid off for the Wallabies. Kepu has scored.
He received the ball 5m out, stepped past two players and accelerated to the line. He blew through two big forwards. Steve Hansen will not be happy. Aaron Smith will be feeling that more than anyone too.
Kepu scores his first try in 55 tests. The All Blacks defence was pretty shoddy there
Foley slots the conversion from right infront and the Wallabies lead 10-6.
The Wallabies have shot themselves in the foot here. From the breakdown their pass back to Foley missed him by about a metre and he scampered back in goal to recover but couldn't clear. All Blacks scrum 5m out.
The ABs scrum is under pressure from the Wallabies but they still have it.
Aussie defending strong here.
ABs just a metre away now.
Wallabies pinged for being offside. The All Blacks will kick for goal.
Carter slots the penalty and the All Blacks now trail by one point.
Aaron Smith is due back on in about a minute and the ABs are set to make some other changes.
But the Wallabies are back on the attack. They have looked the better team in the second half.
Yellow card! Nick Phipps has been sent to the bin for being offside.
So, Aaron Smith is back on and the All Blacks are back to 15 and the Wallabies are now down to 14.
It was a great phase from Australia, they swing the ball from side to side and broke gaps on a number of occasions but the All Blacks defence did enough.
Eventually the Wallabies were pinged for obstruction, Conrad Smith tried to take it quickly and Phipps foolishly pulled him back.
Milner-Skudder has his first All Blacks try.
Carter broke through a half hole and Ben Smith did well to collect the pass, beat a man and offload to Milner Skudder who finished well.
It's been a great debut from Milner-Skudder.
Carter has drifted his conversion wide. The charging runners nearly got to him and may have put him off. Could that be a costly miss?
