Team NZ will again have port entry if it goes to race 19.
They have been magnificent on the water in the last week. They have consistently shown better boat speed and Spithill has been doing a great job on the starts.
Race 18 is about 10 minutes away.
The gap is now more than a kilometre.
Halfway through the downwind leg and Oracle maintaining a lead of 1000m.
Jeepers. The lead is now more than 1000m. As positive as team NZ have been, this will be a difficult one to take.
It's all very relaxed onboard Oracle - and why wouldn't it be?
Their lead on the downwind leg has not dipped below 950 metres.

Well, it's all going to be decided tomorrow (or the next day if the wind adds more drama to an already dramatic America's Cup).
And Oracle are across the line! 8-8!
Team NZ made a great start and got to the first mark first and things looked good. But they lost the race when they attempted to tack on top of Oracle and Oracle rolled over the top of them and force Team NZ to the boundary. It also forced Team NZ to make an extra tack and the race was over.
